Say your generic path is C:\BTMsoft

For instance, Individual non-business payment summary for a Client/Employer named BTMsoft Pty Ltd with reference BTMS would save a 2017 into:

• Customer name, year and report:

C:\BTMsoft\BTMsoft Pty Ltd\2017\Payment Summaries\x.pdf

• Customer reference, year and report:

C:\BTMsoft\BTMS\2017\Payment Summaries\x.pdf

• Keep all in one folder: C:\BTMsoft\x.pdf
